High Paying Work From Home Jobs
The pandemic fundamentally shifted the way business owners and workers view business. More than ever before, more employees want to work from home, and more employers are willing to hire remote workers.
Gone are the days when a typical work-from-home job was being paid peanuts to complete surveys or write a blogpost. Today, there are many great, legit and high-paying work from home jobs available. These are 30 of them, ranked by annual salaries reported by PayScale.
While it's not a sure thing that you'll get a high-paying remote job right away (although some of these jobs pay well right out of the gate), many of these jobs have lucrative salaries the longer you stay in the field.

A college degree for this position is usually not required.

Customer Success Engineer
Salary range: $56,000-$119,000
What they do: Customer success engineering is a new, buzzwordy position with no clearly defined duty. As Rubab Uddin, a customer success engineer at Moveworks, wrote on Medium:
"Almost every SaaS based company has a different variation for this role: 'implementation specialist,' 'technical solutions engineer,' 'applications engineer,' 'deployment engineer,' and the list goes on."
But we're including this curious new position because it seems to be gaining popularity in the startup tech industry. Here's how Uddin describes a customer success engineer:
"[T]he persona of a CSE that a company is looking to hire can range along a very wide spectrum — one that requires a fine tuning of technical and communication skills. They can be very customer-facing, but can also be expected to build out highly technical solutions.
If you’ve ever felt like a jack of all trades, you’re probably an ideal customer success engineer."
Those in the IT space should keep an eye out for this position. It could be the next big thing.

Cloud architects typically have a degree in computer science, information technology or a related field, as well as a strong understanding of security and networking.
Radiologists
Salary range: $99,000-$462,000
What they do: Interestingly, radiologists can indeed work from home. Much of this is due to teleradiology, which is essentially a process where images and information are sent to be read remotely by radiologists.
The pandemic has served as a "wake-up call" for the radiological industry, showing that radiologists can do their work just as well from a remote location — and away from radioactive exposures.
Of course, you'll have to plan early for this one. Rradiologists have to tackle a lot of medical school (and incur a lot of college debt).
