14 Times ‘Tipping Culture’ Got Way out of Control
Whether we like it or not, the tipping culture is here with us for as long as we live. What you may not like is the turn our tipping culture is taking. In recent times, customers, shoppers, and revelers alike have raised concerns over the outrageous tipping culture we are developing. Here is how they thought it was getting out of control:

One wonders why they are tipping when the services they received were not offered by humans.

A local buffet chain was called out for their outrageous tipping cultures. Typically, tips are given when customers feel that the service is of good quality. If you have been giving tips, you’re probably used to the typical 15% at your favorite joint. This was not the case for a group of patrons at a local bar. An evening that was supposed to be unwinding turned nightmarish. The employees expected between a 25% and 30% tip.

This may be the most bizarre of all the out-of-control tipping cultures you have heard of. Imagine if you were asked to tip someone after just having a conversation with them. That’s what a customer at an American coffee shop had to deal with. How is this right?
